A lot of people still don’t know the health benefit of water and it’s not 1st in their priority list.  Water is necessary for our body and 60% of our body is made up of water. As we observed that the more we grow older, water intake became less and our skin also feels like unfresh and loses skin tone. Water also helps to unclog the skin pores while if the skin pores clogged then we get acne and pimple issues. Water flushes away the harmful skin toxins . So keep your skin hydrated by drinking plenty of water and see how you glow naturally.

Water act as a buffer as temperature changes. It has the tendency to absorb heat . Whenever temperature rises up during exercises or in hot climate then water absorbs the heat and evaporate in form of sweats on skin. The internal temperature cools down.

Kidney stone forms due to concentrated urine or we can say due to less intake of water. Chances of kidney stone are less in diluted urine. Dehydration makes you tired and fatigue because it causes heart to work harder and reduce blood flow to brain. Our blood consist of 90% of water and helps the blood to transport oxygen to the tissues. When you feel drained or depleted then took enough of water that causes heart to pump more effectively which helps to re gain the energy, by increasing blood flow to the organs and increase oxygen transport to the tissues so that the tissues uses this oxygen to make ATP ( energy ), the fuel of the body.

In dehydrated state the neuronal activity of brain increases because brain works harder to perform the task and in hydrated state it’s easy for brain to perform the task and it work smartly.

Water took more space in stomach when it’s empty and suppress the appetite. Water has a calorie-burning tendency. Water is also a calorie free drink unlike other liquids like soda, juice or coffee. Instead of these drinks if we use water then we will lose some calories.
